Executive Meetings

Are during the full (20 min) HR

period of each new school week in

room C349 of the Senior High.

Passes are in HR folders.

Attendance is Mandatory* for officers.

All members- must participate in at least ONE event per week that the club is involved in to retain voting status. (that can be Executive Meeting, Scoreboard, DX Night, Regular Meeting, Any Activity or The Net)

 

Status to be determined by the previous week’s participation.

 

Two consecutive non-participatory weeks may result in forfeiture of membership and monies earned.
